Take your problem solving to the next level! Join us for a 4-week Friday Tactical Awareness Clinics starting February 6th 2026, from 4:30-5:30pm in Ojai.
 
Led by Ventura Surf Professional Coaches, this clinic will focus on all aspects of Our upcoming Tactical Awareness Clinic Series is designed for players who want to sharpen their ability to create space and read the game more effectively. This focused program teaches movement off the ball, smart positioning, and the timing needed to open up attacking opportunities. Players will also learn how to anticipate play, recognize patterns, and make quicker, more confident decisions under pressure. Through guided instruction and small‑sided scenarios, participants will develop stronger scanning habits and overall field awareness. The clinic is ideal for athletes looking to elevate their soccer IQ and gain a deeper understanding of how the game flows. Join us to build the tactical foundation that helps good players become great ones.

Ventura Surf Soccer Club Youth Soccer Camp Waiver & Social Media Consent Form
VENTURA SURF SOCCER CLUB GENERAL RELEASE WAIVER

By signing this form, I, the undersigned parent/guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Injury and Medical Consent:
I understand that participation in the Ventura Surf Soccer Club Youth Soccer Camp involves physical activity that could result in bodily injury, property damage or possibly death. I give my consent for my child to participate in all activities related to the camp and assume all risks associated with their participation in these activities.

In case of an emergency, I authorize Ventura Surf Soccer Club, its agents, contractors, employees and/or volunteers to obtain or provide medical treatment for my child in the event of any injury, illness or other medical condition that may occur during my child's participation in the sports activities. I also confirm that my child is in good health and able to participate in the activities.

2. Release of Liability:
I, on behalf of my child, hereby waive, release, hold harmless and forever discharge the Ventura Surf Soccer Club, its directors, officers, coaches, staff, agents, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action that I or my child may have now or in the future, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child or to any property belonging to me or my child, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. I, on behalf of my child, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or related to my participation in the sports activities organized by Ventura Surf Soccer Club.

4. Social Media Consent:
I grant permission for Ventura Surf Soccer Club to use photographs, videos, or other media containing my child’s image or likeness in promotional materials, social media posts, and other club-related content. I understand that these images may be posted on the club's website, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms.
